Hi all and welcome to the York Thursday Night Premier League Darts website. This week see's the final of the second season which is been held at The Holgate W.M.C. at 7pm on Friday 25th February. It's been a tense few weeks with the deciding knockout places been contested with only a few games to go. Hot favorite and local sexpot Jase "the hammer" Holtby finished in top spot giving him a bye to the semi-finals of the tournament, closely followed by local piss can Martin "the c*nt" Hill. In third place old timer and veteran of the spears Jon "we'll have to see what his nickname is on Friday" Woodall, closely followed by Chandler look-a-like Neal "the ringer" Bell. Fifth place in the league went to Lee "Rock n' Roll" Rooke - local bad boy and all round nasty man through the whole tournament. He was followed by Bret "the spears" Gilchrist who finished the season strong with the draw against "the ringer" and smashing of Rich "The flight wrecker" Goldsmith, who in turn propped up the table with his sometimes reckless yet somewhat satisfying brand of darts. Hope to see you all on your best behaviour boys on Friday, and as they say- It's better to have been loved than not to be loved at all!
