Rock n' Roll, Destroyer & Spears Set The Pace

T.N.P.L.D's started with a bang Thursday night as a full kitchen gathered for the season opener. With The Hammer looking for revenge after last weeks final loss, and The Bachelor making a comeback to the league it would be a night never to forget but not without controversy. First up The Destroyer, who on a 3 game winning streak was facing the somewhat dented pride of The Hammer. With both players first up on the oche and no time  allowed for wetting their whistle's this was going to be one sobering affair. The Destroyer on a roll from the past 3 weeks squeezed through 4-2, a game with missed doubles, which could of left either player with the bragging rights, but with a fantastic  finish of  116  and eighty summat (surely putting him in great stead for the highest checkout prize of £3)it was deserving  that the one time champion and this years favourite took the game, but with several bounce out's in that game alone, people were starting to talk. Next up Scared Of You Vs Lethal Weapon, two heavy weights, clashing for only their 4th time in 2 seasons. This had a draw wrote all over it and William hill agreed with the betting been slashed to 1/150 for the draw. This game didn't disappoint, 3-3 been the final score with a bit of everything thrown in, joy, sorrow and  bounce out's, again. Now the murmuring of voices in the background getting ever more present. Third game was Rock n'Roll against the newly named and very adept SHMO-KEY Goldsmith. With Rock n'Roll on the oche waiting for his opponent, calls went out for Shmo-key to take his placed at the board, and after 3 mins walked through the stage backdoor to his own smoke machine, the exhaling of the never ending rolly! Could Shmo-key take game and cause a major upset?........................Nope!. Smo-key fell 4-0 but again only lost out to doubles. But with more bounce outs than a pair of double D's on a trampoline and more disgruntled darters surely this was the time to bitch the host up about his board, and they did to which the host answered.........................................i know.  Next up M.I.L.F.(Most Improved League Frower) and on form player The Spears was up against The Bachelor (who by the way isn't doing this MILF, but another MILF). With The Spears trying to keep momentum and The Bachelor trying to make an impression there wasn't gonna be a draw here, statistics prove that 75% of men will suffer from impotence at some stage of their life, shit wrong statistic! er it wasn't anyway, The Bachelors pre-game barrack of crushing The spears never rubbed off on the in-form guy, and The Spears won 4-1, again it was only doubles seperating the players, with The Bachelor scoring 3 tons along way. Next up Lowest score and Handicap 701 minus 200. Both these games were won in style by Rock n'Roll who not only won them but also placed himself on top of the league table earlier that night making him Man Of The Match!
